The AtlasIED GSH-G is engineered for commercial outdoor audio installations where aesthetics, durability, and distributed audio performance are non-negotiable. The coaxial 8" driver combines a polypropylene/kevlar cone with rubber surround, a 1.5" voice coil, 21 oz. magnet, and a 1/2" mylar dome tweeter — delivering full-range output suited to 70V distributed systems at up to 32 watts.
The defining advantage of the GSH-G is its two-piece design, which pairs the speaker/transformer assembly with a separately installed base — either the GSBS-G short base or GSBT-G tall base. This decoupled approach enables a phased installation workflow: contractors install and finish the base during initial site construction, then return to mount the speaker after landscaping and hardscape work is complete. The base includes a protective cover to seal out debris during the interim phase, reducing both damage risk and jobsite theft exposure.
With a 360-degree horizontal dispersion pattern and a frequency response extending down to 43Hz, the GSH-G delivers consistent, wide coverage in open outdoor zones. The 8Ω bypass option and selectable power taps at 8, 16, and 32 watts give system designers flexibility across a range of 70V distributed installations. A 60-month warranty reflects the build quality expected in permanent commercial installs.
