The AtlasIED HPA Dante Accessory Card is engineered for installed audio integrators deploying HPA Series amplifiers in networked AV systems. Designed to drop into the amplifier's dedicated accessory card slot, it adds Dante-enabled IP audio transport over standard Ethernet infrastructure without requiring proprietary cabling or dedicated audio networks. This makes it a practical choice for distributed audio installations in commercial, education, hospitality, and corporate environments where Dante is already part of the signal chain.
Each analog input and its corresponding Dante input are electrically isolated from one another and electronically summed, so a local mic or line source can coexist with a networked audio feed on the same amplifier channel. Level control for both sources is handled by the existing channel level control on the amplifier, keeping the signal path simple and the rack layout clean. For integrators standardizing on Dante ecosystems, this card eliminates the need for external format converters or additional rack hardware to bridge IP audio into the amplifier stage.
The card is purpose-built to match HPA Series amplifier architecture, ensuring compatibility without adaptation. Its compact PCB form factor fits the existing slot with no chassis modification, and gain alignment is handled via PCB shunt selection, allowing precise level matching to the downstream amplifier stage during commissioning.
