The AtlasIED IED1112PS is purpose-built for system integrators and broadcast engineers deploying GLOBALCOM intercom infrastructure in rack-based environments. It consolidates 12V DC distribution for up to eight devices — including 1100ACS, 1200ACS, 1100MSG, 1200MSG, IP100 Series, and 1100DAB Series units — into a single 1RU chassis, eliminating the need for multiple wall-wart adapters or unmanaged power distribution.

Where reliability is non-negotiable, the IED1112PS supports a second hot-swappable 1112PSM module for full redundancy. If the primary module fails, the secondary assumes the full load without interrupting power to any connected device, and a fault relay provides a closure signal that integrates directly into the GLOBALCOM supervision system for automated alerting.

Universal AC input accommodates worldwide deployments without voltage switching, and a rear security cover locks all output connectors in place to prevent accidental disconnection during live operation. For integrators commissioning permanent or touring intercom rigs where downtime is unacceptable, the IED1112PS provides the centralized, protected power architecture that professional GLOBALCOM installations require.
