The AtlasIED IED1112PSM is a plug-in replacement and redundancy module designed for use with the AtlasIED 1112PS rack-mount power supply, targeting systems integrators and broadcast engineers who require uninterrupted 12VDC distribution in wired intercom installations. A single module delivers up to 37 amps of regulated 12VDC output, and two modules installed in a single 1112PS chassis operate in load-sharing redundancy — ensuring that a single module failure does not interrupt critical intercom infrastructure.

For live production environments, broadcast control rooms, or permanently installed intercom systems where downtime is not acceptable, the automatic load transfer behavior eliminates single points of failure at the power layer. Universal input voltage acceptance allows the same module to deploy globally without reconfiguration. The built-in cooling fan with internal speed control adjusts dynamically to thermal load rather than running at a fixed speed, reducing acoustic output in low-demand conditions while maintaining safe operating temperatures.
