Sized at 1' x 2' for suspended ceiling grids, it delivers the output needed to cut through high ambient noise in industrial facilities, transportation hubs, education campuses, healthcare complexes, and houses of worship — environments where a standard ceiling tile speaker simply cannot perform.

The system registers as a SIP endpoint directly to a SIP server, VoIP Communications Manager, or enterprise platforms including Singlewire InformaCast and Revolution Advanced Notification, enabling bell schedules, pre-recorded announcements, intercom, and critical alerting over an existing WAN/LAN infrastructure. Auto-provisioning via SLP, DHCP Option 72, or IEDNet+ mirrors the deployment workflow of a standard VoIP handset, sharing the same Voice VLAN and QoS policies for guaranteed, secure communications without additional configuration overhead.

Unlike passive ceiling speakers that demand separate amplification and wiring runs, the IP-12SYSMF integrates a 15-watt amplifier, omni-directional electret condenser talkback microphone, GPI/O ports for third-party trigger integration, balanced aux line I/O, and an LED flasher into a single PoE+-powered unit.
