The AtlasIED IP-8SCMF is purpose-built for AV integrators and IT-driven facilities teams who need a single-device solution for voice paging, visual alerting, and two-way communication on an enterprise IP network. The unit registers natively as a SIP endpoint or within InformaCast and Revolution Advanced Notification platforms, making it a direct fit for corporate campuses, K-12 and higher education, healthcare facilities, transportation hubs, government buildings, and houses of worship where both audio intelligibility and ADA-compliant visual notification are required by code or policy.
The 8" dual-cone driver is optimized for speech intelligibility in high-ambient-noise environments, while the 16x64 high-resolution LED display transitions automatically from NTP-synchronized clock display in standby to scrolling text alerts during active broadcasts — eliminating the need for a separate master clock system. The integrated omni-directional electret condenser microphone enables talkback intercom from the speaker location to any PC or phone handset, supporting two-way communication without auxiliary hardware.
For integrators, the IP-8SCMF reduces installation complexity through auto-provisioning and auto-registration on a Voice VLAN, sharing QoS policies with existing VoIP infrastructure. GPI/O ports support third-party trigger integration for critical alert workflows.
