The AtlasIED M1000R-W is engineered specifically for sound masking deployments in contemporary open-ceiling office environments where speaker aesthetics and speech privacy performance are equally critical. Its low-gloss white round enclosure integrates cleanly with exposed ductwork, lighting fixtures, and other overhead infrastructure, making it a practical choice for corporate offices, healthcare facilities, and open-plan workspaces where visible speakers must complement the architectural finish.

Factory-assembled into a 382 cubic inch round enclosure, the high-efficiency 8" paper cone transducer is paired with a low insertion loss 70.7V transformer, eliminating field assembly and reducing installation errors. The external tap selector switch provides five discrete power settings — 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, and 4 watts — plus an OFF position, allowing system-level tuning without accessing internal components. The included 78" suspension chain system simplifies mounting and height adjustment, while the integral wire strain relief on the enclosure top secures speaker cable termination reliably.

Tested and listed to both UL 1480 and UL 2043, the M1000R-W is approved for use in air handling plenum spaces, satisfying code requirements common in commercial installations. Note that a separate masking signal generator and 70.7V amplifier are required for system operation and are not included.
