The die-cast aluminum housing provides the structural durability required in environments where conventional enclosures fail, while the 1/2" conduit access and adjustable mounting bracket give installers the flexibility needed for permanent in-plant deployments. The 70.7V transformer with selectable power taps — from 1.8W up to 30W continuous — integrates cleanly into distributed audio systems used for emergency notification, paging, and voice evacuation across large industrial footprints.
Two optional projector horns extend the driver's capability to match site-specific dispersion requirements: the HLE_MLE-30 polycarbonate horn covers wide areas with a 120° x 60° pattern, while the HLE_MLE-32 spun aluminum bell delivers focused 95° circular distribution. Both horns are UL Listed exclusively for use with the HLE and MLE driver series, keeping the full assembly in compliance.
