The AtlasIED ROCKFA62T-BR is built for commercial and residential outdoor audio installations where both audio performance and environmental integration are priorities. Targeting AV integrators and installed sound contractors, this landscape speaker conceals a proven Strategy Series FA136-derived driver system inside a simulated brown granite enclosure — making it a practical choice for hospitality courtyards, resort landscapes, theme parks, house-of-worship exteriors, and high-end residential grounds where visible hardware is unacceptable.
The internal 32-watt 70.7V/100V transformer terminates to a 24-inch direct burial rated pigtail with conductors for all transformer taps, including a 1:1 connection for 8-ohm operation. This gives installers the flexibility to run distributed 70V lines across large outdoor zones without additional transformers, or connect directly to a conventional amplifier output. The ROCKFA62T-BR is specifically optimized to complement the FAP62T for under-eave mounting and the SM63T for wall deployment, enabling matched tonal character across multi-speaker outdoor zones — a meaningful advantage when specifying cohesive outdoor systems.
Construction is designed to withstand sustained outdoor exposure. Woofer cones use treated Kevlar with synthetic rubber surrounds, and the tweeter dome is PEI (Polyetherimide) — materials chosen for UV and moisture resistance rather than cost. An embedded underground eyebolt functions as a security anchor, a detail that matters for public-facing installations where theft is a real concern.
