AtlasIED SHS-CUST Custom Print Trim Ring and Lens for SHS Speakers

The AtlasIED SHS-CUST is designed for integrators and AV designers who need installed ceiling speakers to disappear into their environment. Using the DesignLab UV printing process, AtlasIED matches colors and surface patterns with high accuracy, making SHS speakers virtually invisible in finished ceilings — a critical requirement in hospitality, corporate, worship, and high-end residential installs where aesthetics are non-negotiable.

The workflow is straightforward for the integrator: once an SHS-CUST order is processed, AtlasIED ships a Camera Target kit used to photograph the ceiling material. That image is submitted, processed, and returned as a custom lens with seven color variations for client selection. A final mockup is then produced for approval before full-run printing begins. Color specifications or physical material samples can also be submitted in place of images, giving the installer flexibility in how they initiate the match.
