The AtlasIED T61-8W is a steel ceiling speaker baffle engineered for integrators and AV contractors who need a fast, repeatable install with a finished appearance. The torsion spring mechanism eliminates visible fasteners during mounting, reducing labor time on large-scale ceiling speaker deployments in commercial, hospitality, or education environments. Concealed loudspeaker mounting studs keep the face clean and consistent across installations.
Two-piece welded CRS construction uses a 20-gauge trim ring paired with a 22-gauge perforated grille, balancing rigidity with acoustic transparency. The textured white finish blends into standard drop ceilings and drywall surfaces without additional touch-up. Companion enclosures and mounting rings are available for installations requiring a tile bridge or plaster ring, giving integrators flexibility across ceiling types. Compatible mounting hardware includes the T95-8(NS)(NK), BMT95-8(-7), and EZ95-8 series.
