The AtlasIED T62-8 is a general-purpose steel ceiling speaker baffle designed for integrators and installation crews working with 8-inch loudspeakers in drywall and plaster ceilings. Constructed from a single piece of 24-gauge cold-rolled steel and finished in textured white epoxy, it delivers a clean, professional appearance suited to commercial, corporate, and hospitality environments where aesthetics matter alongside performance.
Concealed speaker mounting studs secure the loudspeaker without exposed hardware, while the torsion spring mounting system allows rapid, tool-friendly installation — a meaningful advantage on large-scale deployments where per-unit time costs add up. The baffle is compatible with the EZ95-8 Series, T95-8 Series, EZ96-8, CS95-8(NS), 199-8, Q408, and 96-8 Series enclosures and mounting rings, giving integrators flexibility to pair it with the appropriate back-can or tile bridge for any ceiling construction type.
