With a 6.5" Kevlar woofer and a pivoting 25mm Teteron tweeter, this speaker handles front, center, or rear stage placement across any surround sound configuration without compromise.
The onboard 2nd order crossover network — combining a 12dB/octave highpass and a 6dB/octave lowpass filter — ensures clean driver handoff across the 3.3kHz crossover point. High-temperature voice coil wire protects both drivers under sustained 100W RMS loads, making the T625CW appropriate for demanding listening environments where lesser install speakers throttle output or distort under load.
Compression-style input terminals accept up to 8-AWG speaker wire, supporting longer cable runs common in whole-home distributed audio or dedicated home theater rooms. Both round and square paintable magnetic grilles are included, giving integrators flexibility to match any ceiling finish. Front-mounted tweeter level control allows on-site voicing without returning to the rack — a practical advantage during final system commissioning.
