The AtlasIED TSD-BB44 BlueBridge DSP device is engineered for system designers and integrators working in commercial installed audio environments where network control, low noise, and processing flexibility are non-negotiable. It fits naturally into conference rooms, houses of worship, courtrooms, restaurants, multi-zone paging systems, video conferencing suites, and presentation spaces where reliable, programmable audio routing is essential.
Unlike basic zone mixers, the TSD-BB44 runs a 40-bit floating point DSP engine that eliminates digital clipping under complex signal loads — a practical advantage when building systems with advanced routing, gain sharing auto-mixers, delays, EQ, ducking, and filtering all running simultaneously. THAT Corp microphone preamps and 24-bit converters keep the noise floor exceptionally low, which matters in speech-intelligibility-critical spaces like courtrooms and boardrooms. Inputs are selectable between mic and line via the GUI, and phantom power is software-enabled, reducing the need for external preamp hardware.
Ethernet connectivity allows each BlueBridge unit to be auto-recognized and controlled over any TCP/IP network, with the Atlas BluePanel software enabling custom operator interfaces accessible from any networked computer. Wall controllers, including the BB-TOUCH7 touch panel, can be programmed for volume, source selection, and room combining — giving end users functional control without exposing system configuration. Optional PoE accessories expand the control layer without adding infrastructure complexity.
