The AtlasIED TSD-DAC2I is designed for AV integrators building Dante-networked installed audio systems who need a reliable, low-profile bridge between legacy analog sources and IP-based audio distribution. Accepting two balanced analog inputs with a wide variable gain range, it accommodates everything from microphone-level sources to full line-level signals on a single device, eliminating the need for separate mic preamps or pad networks in the signal chain.
Powered entirely via PoE from a standard network switch or inline injector, the TSD-DAC2I simplifies rack and wall installations by removing external power supply requirements. It is particularly well-matched to AtlasIED WTSD series wall mixers, creating a compact analog capture and Dante transmission point in conference rooms, classrooms, and distributed audio environments. Once audio enters the Dante domain, it can be routed freely using Dante Controller software across any compliant network infrastructure.
Front-panel indicators for input clip, power, and network status give integrators at-a-glance confidence during commissioning and ongoing system monitoring. The compact form factor and included mounting plate make it practical for back-of-wall or rackmount enclosure deployment where space is constrained but signal integrity cannot be compromised.
