At 35 rack units and 23.5 inches of total depth, this cabinet supports fully populated signal processing, amplification, and control equipment without the structural compromise of lighter-duty wall enclosures.
The welded 16-gauge steel construction and integral alignment frame eliminate center-section sag through the cabinet's full travel range — a critical advantage over bolted-together alternatives when mounting heavy DSPs or power amplifiers. The hat-channel rail system allows continuous front-to-back rail adjustment with fixed securing holes, giving contractors precision rack depth configuration on site. The mirror-image back pan accommodates left or right hinging regardless of wall orientation, and boss detents on 12-inch centers let field crews install custom sub-plates for power or accessory mounting without drilling new attachment points.
Thirty-two conduit knockouts — sixteen on the top and sixteen on the bottom of the rear section — support organized structured wiring and wireless antenna routing. Perforated side vents and removable 3RU top and bottom panels accommodate Atlas EFP Series fan panels for active thermal management. The back pan ships separately on the same pallet, enabling other trades to pre-install the rear section before the center section arrives on site, reducing installation time and coordination overhead.
