The AtlasIED WTSD-ML is engineered for AV integrators and installed sound professionals who need a clean, low-voltage mic or line input solution at the wall. It pairs with the included PWBOB analog interface box and external power supply to deliver ultra-low noise audio from a standard single-gang electrical box or low-voltage ring, with only 1.5 inches of clearance depth required — a critical advantage in retrofit and new-construction installs alike.

Unlike passive wall plates that rely solely on downstream processing, the WTSD-ML integrates commercial-grade microphone preamps with mic/line level selection, switchable phantom power, a 20 dB pad, and a defeatable 120 Hz high-pass filter. A rotary detented level control and onboard signal limiter with adjustable settings keep gain staging consistent and prevent bus overload across multi-zone deployments. Signal and limiter status indicators on the faceplate provide immediate visual feedback without requiring access to rack equipment.

The WTSD-ML connects via standard Cat5/6 cable and can be installed up to 330 feet from a DMA series amplifier or compatible balanced input. Up to three WTSD series devices can be daisy-chained on the same proprietary low-voltage bus, with audio summed independently — making this wall plate the practical choice for conference rooms, houses of worship, lecture halls, and multi-input installed audio environments.
