AtlasIED Z2-B 2-Zone Sound Masking Processor With Paging and BGM

The AtlasIED Z2-B is built for commercial integrators who need a single-chassis solution covering sound masking, paging, and background music without assembling separate components. It serves open offices, conference rooms, medical facilities, and any business environment where speech privacy compliance and audio distribution must coexist. The two-zone 70V architecture supports coverage up to 7,000 square feet in indirect field mode, with the flexibility to split zones between masking and paging or BGM duties — adapting to the actual layout rather than forcing a fixed topology.

For conference room deployments, the Speech Privacy Enhancement mode applies additional acoustical energy on demand, triggered by a hardwired switch, a mobile app, or an optional wireless switch — making it practical for rooms that need elevated privacy only during active meetings. The front panel display and USB port allow full system programming and preset loading without a laptop on every visit, which reduces commissioning time on multi-site rollouts.

Mounting flexibility — in-wall, surface, or rack — combined with all wiring terminating behind the secure front panel means the Z2-B fits infrastructure closets, above-ceiling spaces, and open-rack environments equally well. AtlasIED's proprietary Chanaud masking filters, validated in military and government installations, are factory-loaded and user-selectable, giving integrators a defensible starting point for tuning without requiring custom DSP builds from scratch.
