The Audio-Technica ATND8677A brings networked audio capability to boardrooms, distance-learning classrooms, and installed sound venues. Built on Dante technology, this desk stand connects directly to your AoIP infrastructure via Ethernet, eliminating the need for separate analog audio cabling and simplifying system deployment across multi-room installations.

Designed for surface-mount applications where clarity and control matter, the ATND8677A accepts any 3-pin XLRM phantom-powered condenser gooseneck microphone and serves as both the mounting platform and the Dante gateway. The touch-sensitive capacitive switch provides local muting and talk-control in standalone mode, while its remote mode capability allows the stand to trigger pan/tilt commands on video endpoints or lighting presets—essential for integrated AV production environments. Three gain settings and an 80 Hz low-cut UniSteep filter adapt the stand's response to room acoustics and voice levels without external processing.

Heavy die-cast construction with non-slip silicone pads isolates the microphone from vibration coupling, preserving clean pickup in busy conference halls and studios. PoE power eliminates the need for auxiliary DC supplies, while AES67 compatibility including Livewire, RAVENNA, and Q-LAN support ensures the stand integrates seamlessly into modern AoIP ecosystems.
