The System 20 PRO platform delivers 24-bit/48 kHz digital audio across the license-free 2.4 GHz ISM band, eliminating RF coordination overhead and TV interference concerns. Operators can toggle between Standard mode (10 channels, 2.8 ms latency) and HD mode (20 channels, 6.7 ms latency) to prioritize either low-delay performance or maximum simultaneous users within a single venue.

The chassis architecture supports up to five linked units, remote receiver mounting via Ethernet up to 328 feet away, and flexible transmitter pairing—each receiver channel accepts up to four transmitters, enabling rapid talent swaps during live events or staged presentations. AES128 encryption and Wireless Manager software integration provide security and centralized control across multi-receiver deployments. Both the handheld (ATW-T1402) and body-pack (ATW-T1401) transmitters run on AA batteries with extended life on lithium cells, while the system's OLED displays and auto-lock function reduce setup errors in high-pressure environments.
