The Avante Imperio Dual Active Subwoofer is purpose-built for touring and installed sound engineers running flown line array systems who need scalable, self-powered low-frequency reinforcement. Designed as a flyable component within the Imperio line array family, it integrates directly with companion tops and accessories, allowing production teams to build coherent, vertically arrayed systems for concert venues, houses of worship, outdoor festivals, and corporate event spaces.
Equipped with dual 10" woofers and a 700W RMS class D power amplifier, this subwoofer delivers substantial output in a cabinet sized for rigging. The sixth-order bandpass design focuses energy output for maximum efficiency in arrayed deployments. Onboard 24-bit DSP includes a selectable crossover point at 90Hz or 120Hz, giving system engineers the flexibility to match crossover alignment to the companion HF elements in use. Phase switching at 0 or 180 degrees enables precise system integration without an external processor.
Two M20 screw pole mounts allow both vertical and horizontal orientation, expanding deployment options on the ground when flying is not required. The plywood cabinet with 1.2mm steel grill meets the durability expectations of working production environments. ETL approval confirms compliance with North American safety standards. Available in black or white to suit system aesthetic requirements or venue specifications.
