At its core, the TA80T-IY pairs an 8" low-frequency driver with a 1" exit compression driver running through a hybrid conical waveguide and a passive Time-Align crossover at 2.8 kHz. The Time-Align topology aligns driver arrival times to within ±25 microseconds, which translates to coherent transient response and intelligible speech reproduction — critical for houses of worship, auditoriums, fitness centers, and AV presentation rooms where clarity across seating zones is non-negotiable.
