The bundle pairs three BirdDog X1 20x HD PTZ cameras with the BirdDog KBD controller, delivering everything required to operate a multi-camera live production workflow from the moment the case is opened. Each X1 camera supports NDI|HX2, NDI|HX3, SRT, RTSP, and RTMP encoding alongside HDMI and USB-C UVC output, so the system integrates directly into IP video infrastructure, traditional SDI/HDMI switchers, or software mixers without additional hardware.
Where comparable entry bundles often require a separate controller purchase or ship without transit protection, the BDX1BUNDLE-W includes the KBD controller and a custom protective foam case in a single SKU. The KBD controller displays up to four camera feeds simultaneously on its integrated screen, provides tactile joystick control with tally integration for TriCaster and vMix, and connects via NDI, VISCA, ONVIF, RS-232, or RS-422, covering virtually every control protocol a production environment may require. AI tracking, Halo Tally, and the E-Ink display on each X1 are capabilities typically found on cameras at significantly higher price points.
