The ATEM Television Studio HD8 ISO 2TB is engineered for broadcast engineers, live event producers, and video integrators who need a self-contained production switcher without external hardware dependencies. The integrated control panel eliminates the need for a separate surface, while the onboard 4-way Ethernet switch, built-in streaming engine, and 2TB M.2 NVMe storage reduce rack complexity and cable overhead in OB vans, houses of worship, studios, and corporate broadcast environments.

With 8 standards-converted 3G-SDI inputs, the HD8 ISO accepts mixed-format sources and re-syncs each input independently, making it practical for facilities running multiple camera types or legacy infrastructure. Four ATEM Advanced Chroma Keyers, two DVEs, SuperSource, and a 58-channel audio mixer with 6-band parametric EQ and full dynamics processing deliver a feature set typically associated with much larger frames. MADI I/O on both input and output sides supports integration with professional audio consoles without additional conversion hardware.

Compared to software-only or tablet-controlled switchers in this class, the HD8 ISO provides a hardwired panel with dedicated macro buttons, a 3-axis joystick, and labeled crosspoint buttons — reducing operator error in high-stakes live environments. USB-C webcam output and RTMP streaming over Ethernet or USB tethering make it equally capable for hybrid productions requiring simultaneous broadcast and internet delivery.
