The URSA Mini Pro 12K camera from Blackmagic Design provides excellent quality in stills and motion shots. Super 35 sensor has a native resolution of 12,288 x 6480 and 14 stops of dynamic range. That sensor supports an incredible 80 megapixels per frame. This camera also has enhanced color science, Blackmagic RAW, and oversampling from 12K to provide the same quality and detail top-of-the-line still cameras offer. PL mount is standard on the URSA Mini Pro 12K.

The URSA Mini Pro 12K's resolution exceeds that of traditional motion picture film, providing incredible detail in rich and deep color with wide dynamic range. Super sampling at 12K ensures better color and resolution at 8K and a smoothness from hiding aliasing. These enhancements make working with green screen and VFX easier than ever.

The URSA Mini Pro 12K feels like multiple cameras in one, shooting in 4K, 8K, and 12K. Switch lenses out to further adapt the camera to the needs of different shoots.

Cinematic Super 35 12K sensor in the URSA Mini Pro 12K supplies 14 stops of dynamic range, native ISO of 800, equal amounts of red, green, and blue, and is optimized for images at multiple resolutions.

Applying film curve to the Generation 5 Color Science makes full use of the color data from the URSA Mini Pro 12K sensor. Color science works to deliver better color response for more accurate skin tones, better rendering of highly saturated colors in high contrast scenes. Apply this color technology to your existing work - Generation 5 Color Science is compatible with previously shot Blackmagic RAW files.

Quickly and easily reduce the amount of light entering the camera with built-in ND filters. Filters are set at 2, 4, and 6 stops, matching the camera’s colorimetry and color science. Optical wavelengths and IR wavelengths are filtered evenly to eliminate IR contamination of the images.

The URSA Mini Pro 12K's built-in 4” touchscreen folds out for convenient monitoring in a bright high-resolution color display with a wide viewing angle. This touchscreen can also show a heads-up display overlay, containing critical information like format, frame rate, iris, timecode, shutter angle, white balance, ISO, and more.
