Bogen AMT15 APOGEE Portable Passive Point Source Loudspeaker

The Bogen AMT15 is an unpowered point source speaker built for portable sound reinforcement, where the engineer or integrator decides what amplification drives it. That separation matters on a rig that changes from job to job: match the amplifier to the room, reuse existing power amps, and add or swap speakers without replacing a self-contained powered unit.

Buyers typically specify this type of speaker for presentations, speech reinforcement, rehearsal spaces, small venues, and temporary installs where a single source is enough and simple coverage is the goal. A point source layout keeps system design straightforward, with one cabinet delivering sound from a single origin rather than a distributed array.

Within the Bogen APOGEE Professional Loudspeakers lineup, which also includes the AMT-12, the AMT15 gives AV teams a familiar Bogen option for commercial and portable audio work. Because it is passive, plan for suitable amplifier power and speaker cabling before you order, and confirm connection and mounting needs against the manufacturer's documentation.
