The Bogen CA10A is a transformer-coupled speaker assembly for integrators and contractors who need dependable distributed sound in commercial buildings. It arrives with its own back can, so a crew is not sourcing enclosures separately, and it suits spaces where paging and background music share a single 70V or 25V line.

Commissioning is where this assembly earns its place. Quarter-watt through four-watt taps let a system designer balance each zone and keep total amplifier loading predictable, and the selection is made at the switch. The driver layout combines a primary cone with a secondary high-frequency cone, which adds high-frequency reproduction to voice and program material.

The enclosed steel body and UL-listed construction suit installs where inspectors review every component. Buyers who want local level control can step up to VR versions, which add a recessed, front-mounted volume control. Compared with building up a speaker, transformer, and can from separate parts, a single assembly keeps ordering and installation simpler.
