The Bogen MCP35A is a rack-mount master control panel engineered for school PA systems, commercial facilities, and industrial installations that require integrated intercom, program distribution, and emergency paging from a single control surface. It houses both a 35-watt program amplifier and a 20-watt intercom amplifier, eliminating the need for separate outboard amplification in standard installations. The color-coded front panel simplifies operation for non-technical staff, with green for intercom routing, amber for program channels, and a dedicated red emergency page button.

System integrators will find the MCP35A well-suited for multi-zone paging infrastructures that also need time signaling, telco integration, and voice call-in capability. The 25V balanced line output supports distributed speaker systems, while the 25V booster input allows for expanded coverage. Two Lo-Z balanced microphone inputs and one Hi-Z unbalanced AUX input accommodate a range of source connections. When used alongside Bogen room selector panels, the MCP35A can direct intercom or program feeds to specific staff stations with visual annunciation for incoming calls and a supervisory tone to prevent unauthorized monitoring.

Rear-panel gain controls for each input and internal adjustments for emergency page level, supervisory tone, and time tone give installers precise system calibration without requiring front-panel access after commissioning. The optional MCP-EXP Input Expander Panel and TWK351 adapter extend the platform for larger or more complex deployments.
