The ChamSys GENETIXGD10 is a 19” 1U rackmount DMX splitter built for production systems and permanent lighting installations that need organized, dependable signal distribution. Designed for flexible deployment, it can operate in either 1 input to 10 output mode or 2 inputs to 5 outputs mode, making it useful for both centralized DMX routing and segmented control layouts. Its rugged format suits touring racks, venue infrastructure, and other professional environments where clean distribution matters.
This unit is RDM E1.20 compliant and includes an RDM enable/disable option, allowing integrators and technicians to manage fixture communication as required by the application. When RDM traffic needs to be removed from the line, the disable function supports cleaner DMX handling. The GENETIXGD10 also uses 5-pin DMX connections and opto-isolated output ports to support stable signal paths across connected devices.
For power, the splitter uses a Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 input covering 110 to 240 VAC and includes a matching power cable. Compact 1U dimensions help it fit standard racks without wasting space, while its M12 clamp fixing support adds another practical installation detail for fixed-system use. Whether deployed in a live event rack or integrated into a house lighting backbone, the GENETIXGD10 is built to support professional DMX distribution workflows.
