The Rogue R2E Spot is built for lighting designers and programmers who need a full-featured moving spot that can pull serious double duty across touring rigs, concert stages, and permanent installs without the bulk of a larger fixture. Its 350W LED engine produces 16,345 lumens of output with a tight 15.9° beam angle, delivering crisp gobo projections at throw distances where lesser fixtures fall short. A selectable LED output mode lets it match brightness levels of legacy Rogue R2X Spots already in a rig, making it a practical upgrade or supplement rather than a forced replacement.

Where the R2E Spot separates itself from single-wheel spot fixtures is its dual gobo and dual color wheel configuration. The rotating, interchangeable gobo wheel accepts slot-n-lock gobos with full indexing and continuous scroll, while the fixed wheel adds eight additional metal patterns for layering and morphing transitions in real time. Both color wheels carry eight colors plus white with split-color capability and variable-speed continuous scrolling, enabling a wide palette without any additional color mixing hardware. A motorized 3-facet rotating prism, motorized iris, and motorized frost filter round out the effect toolkit, giving programmers beam splitting, precise spot sizing, and edge softening from a single fixture.

Control is handled via DMX and RDM over both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR connections, with two DMX personalities at 19 or 22 channels to accommodate simple or complex programming environments. Selectable PWM settings from 600 Hz to 15,000 Hz ensure flicker-free performance in broadcast and camera-heavy productions. True 1 compatible power linking via Seetronic PowerKon connectors reduces cable runs across the rig, and the auto-ranging universal power supply accepts 100–240 VAC for international deployments.
