Lighting departments in theaters, rental houses, and touring production shops end up with accessories from several generations of fixtures, and frame size mismatches leave serviceable gear on the shelf. City Theatrical adapters solve that at the frame level, so accessories that no longer match the fixture in front of you can go back to work.

The family covers both directions between 6 1/4" and 7 1/2" frame sizes, so you choose the adapter by which side of the pairing is larger. That matters during a changeover or rental prep, where a quick fit for existing stock beats a purchase order for replacement hardware. For designers and master electricians managing budgets, it is a low-cost way to keep a mixed inventory of accessories compatible with the Source Four units already in the rig.

Compared with buying duplicate accessories in every frame size, an adapter keeps existing stock interchangeable from venue to venue and cuts the cost of standardizing. It is a small line item that protects a much larger accessory investment.
