City Theatrical 1450 Six-Prism Image Multiplexer For Ellipsoidals

The Image Multiplexer is aimed at lighting designers, electricians, and production teams who need a quick way to add texture and visual interest to a look without adding fixtures. Designed around the Source Four and other fixtures with a color frame slot, it takes a single beam and splits it into a cluster of repeated images. That makes it a practical tool for theatrical productions, concerts, and special events where a plain beam of light is not enough.

A purpose-made prism accessory from City Theatrical keeps setup simple. It seats where crews already load color, so changeovers and focus adjustments stay familiar to anyone working with ellipsoidal fixtures. Designers can use it by itself for abstract, kaleidoscopic patterns on a cyc, backdrop, or scenic element, or combine it with a rotating gobo to build layered motion and depth in the projected pattern. The result is a flexible effects tool that adds creative range to an existing rig without major changes to the plot.
