City Theatrical Glass Template Holder | 82mm | SL "B" | Standard

This family is for lighting designers, production electricians, and rental shops that project custom patterns in theatrical, touring, and live event work. City Theatrical built the range around a practical problem: fitting many pattern sizes into many fixture models, so there is a matched holder instead of a workaround. It suits shops standardizing on one holder brand across a mixed fixture inventory, and designers specifying custom glass gobos who need a physical mount for the chosen fixture.

Sizing is the deciding factor. Glass diameter, fixture compatibility, and slot style all vary across the range, and the combinations are easy to confuse. Check the glass outer diameter on your existing gobos first, since it drives the choice more than anything else. Confirm the fixture and pattern size before ordering, and reach out to Sound Productions if you need help narrowing the match.

A holder matched to the fixture and glass size avoids improvised fits at load-in. Stocking one family that handles either pattern material simplifies inventory for rental houses and venues that run mixed pattern libraries, and one supplier covers the whole fixture mix.
