City Theatrical 2670 Beam Control Top Hat For CHAUVET Rogue R2 Wash

City Theatrical builds beam control accessories for moving light fixtures, and this top hat is made for lighting designers, programmers, and production electricians running CHAUVET Rogue R2 Wash and Rogue R2X Wash fixtures. When a wash fixture throws light where it should not, the result is glare toward the audience, wash on scenery edges, and spill across a carefully focused stage picture. A top hat gives the crew a physical way to contain that output instead of relying on programming alone.

For touring rigs, theater installs, corporate events, and broadcast sets, the appeal is a simple accessory that solves one specific problem without adding complexity to the fixture. Light gauge aluminum construction and a dark finish keep it practical in the trusses and battens where moving lights live. Compared with improvised flags or tape, a purpose-built shield from a company focused on beam control gives a cleaner, more repeatable solution from show to show.

City Theatrical also builds custom equipment on request, which helps designers working outside standard fixture configurations.
