City Theatrical MAC Aura Beam Control Accessory | Concentric Ring

Lighting designers, production electricians, and rental shops running Martin MAC Aura and MAC Aura XB fixtures use these accessories to sharpen the edges of a wash. Spill onto truss, scenery, and audience sightlines is a constant problem in theater, concerts, corporate events, and house of worship installs, and a purpose-built accessory is a faster fix than flagging or taping off the fixture with improvised gear.

City Theatrical builds its beam shaping accessories in a New Jersey factory, and its engineers design them around specific Martin moving lights instead of adapting a universal part. That matters on touring and rental rigs where accessories are mounted and removed repeatedly, because a part made for the fixture keeps the changeover routine. The line gives a rig two distinct shapes to choose from, so a designer can match the accessory to how much light needs to be trimmed from the fixture output.

Mounting kits and additional shaping styles for the same fixture family are available within the City Theatrical range, so one source can cover a full Aura inventory.
