This tape is built for lighting designers, scenic shops, and installers who need controllable white output outside the controlled conditions of a stage. Warm and cool white channels let you match existing fixtures or shift color temperature to suit a set, display, or exterior element, while weather-ready construction avoids the short service life of indoor tape in damp locations.
Typical jobs include outdoor scenic builds, film and video set lighting, and exterior display or accent work. The QolorFLEX line is manufactured by City Theatrical for professional theatrical, film, and video use, which helps when separate runs must match visually from one section of a build to the next. Compared with generic strip light, a purpose-built professional tape gives crews listings and compliance documentation to hand to inspectors and rental houses.
Plan the installation around the power and control chain. This is a 24V product, so pair it with a compatible 24V supply and an adjustable white controller, and keep waterproof end caps on hand for every cut so the sealed run stays sealed outdoors.
