The Multiverse Node is the first building block of City Theatrical's Multiverse wireless DMX system. It is built for lighting designers, production electricians, and integrators who need a dependable single-universe link without a rack of extra gear. Each unit is a transceiver. Set it as a transmitter for plug and play operation like the SHoW Baby line, or as a standalone receiver at the fixture end, and it can sit inside a larger multi-universe Multiverse rig. One model covers both ends of a link, which simplifies spares in touring and rental stock.
The range is offered as a worldwide 2.4GHz model and as a dual-radio 900MHz/2.4GHz model, with the 900MHz band licensed for North America only. That choice lets rental houses and touring productions match the unit to the territory they work in. Compared with basic wireless DMX boxes, Multiverse adds RDM over the air, selectable SHoW IDs, and control over frequency hopping, which matters in crowded venues full of Wi-Fi and wireless audio. It also works with existing Multiverse and SHoW DMX Neo products, so it drops into systems already on the truck.
