For lighting techs, system integrators, and rental shops running City Theatrical wireless DMX, a dedicated power source matters as much as the radio itself. This unit belongs to the brand's wireless DMX accessory range, which supports Multiverse Wireless DMX/RDM products including the Multiverse SHoW Baby, Node, Vero, Studio Receiver, and Transmitter, along with SHoW DMX Vero and legacy City Theatrical wireless DMX products.

The most common job is simple replacement. When a supply goes missing from a road case or fails mid-run, stocking the manufacturer's own accessory avoids guesswork over voltage and connector fit. Rental houses and touring crews can keep spares on the shelf so a dead supply never turns into a dead universe at the top of a show.

Compared with generic barrel supplies, the locking connection is the differentiator. Cables get tugged during focus, trussing, and strike, and a connector that stays seated helps protect the link between console and fixtures from interruptions caused by a loose plug.
