City Theatrical 5973 USB Power Cable For Multiverse Node

Built for lighting technicians, electricians, and production teams running City Theatrical wireless DMX/RDM systems. When a Node sits on a truss or at a fixture position, this lead lets it take power from the USB port of a nearby lighting fixture, so the wireless link can live where the fixture does. That makes it practical for theatrical, touring, corporate, and broadcast lighting setups where wall power is scarce or run lengths are awkward.

It is also a straightforward fix when the lead from the original box is lost or damaged. Swapping in the manufacturer's own part keeps a show running without sourcing a generic cable and hoping it behaves. Because it is named for the Node, there is no ambiguity about which accessory belongs with the unit when a crew is prepping several racks of wireless gear under time pressure.

City Theatrical lists it among its wireless DMX accessories, which also include power supplies, hanging brackets, power cords, and connectors, so spares and mounting hardware can be sourced from one catalog. Theatres, rental houses, and installers who stock spares for Multiverse deployments will find it a useful item to keep on hand.
