The C430E's individually powered microphones provide live redundant capability. It features a Tini Q connector and fully flexible top section to each arm giving the option of selecting three microphone head variants. The C3H (sold seperately) is a short, slimline cardiod. The C800H (sold seperately) is a mini shotgun microphone specifically developed for speech. The C900 (sold seperately) is a rugged multipurpose cardioid element with built in pop shield.
