The 0.1-inch capsule diameter matches that of a No. 2 pencil lead, making it the lowest-profile headset mic in the world. Available in omnidirectional and pattern-adjustable directional versions, the H6 covers everything from theatrical vocals and public speaking to broadcast and house-of-worship applications where a clean, unobtrusive look is critical.
The H6 draws on the same acoustic transparency as the Countryman E6 Earset, delivering natural-sounding reproduction whether the application calls for a wide-open omnidirectional pickup or controlled directional pattern. The sealed connector resists moisture at the mic-to-cable junction, protecting the signal path from sweat during extended wear. The 1.2 mm Aramid-reinforced cable handles the repeated flexing and coiling of a touring or installation workflow without degrading over time. The adjustable headframe accommodates different head sizes, and the sliding mic boom allows precise capsule placement without tools.
This SKU terminates in a TA3F connector for direct compatibility with AKG DPT700, PT2000, PT40, PT400, PT4000, PT45, PT450, PT4500, PT470, PT60, PT61, PT80, and PT81 bodypack transmitters, eliminating the need for adapter cables.
