DAS Audio 2-Way Passive Coaxial Point Source Speaker For Install | 5" | Black

The DAS Audio AXW-MIA-X series is built for AV integrators and installation professionals who need reliable, full-range coverage from a compact, mount-friendly enclosure. Available in 5-inch and 10-inch woofer configurations and in black or white finishes, the family spans a wide range of fixed-install applications including corporate meeting rooms, hospitality environments, retail spaces, and house-of-worship fills. The coaxial point source topology ensures that high and low frequency drivers share a common acoustic axis, producing coherent imaging across the coverage pattern without the lobing artifacts common in traditional two-way designs.

Where zone coverage consistency is a priority, the coaxial arrangement eliminates the need for careful crossover-region aiming that split-driver cabinets require. Integrators working on distributed systems benefit from predictable polar behavior regardless of listening distance. The range is designed to pair with external amplification and DSP, fitting cleanly into managed system architectures common in installed sound contracts. Passive operation keeps cabinet footprint small and cabling straightforward, which matters in finished architectural environments where aesthetics and structural access are constrained.
