DAS Audio ACTION-S118A Powered Subwoofer

The ACTION-S118A features an integrated 18LX loudspeaker equipped with a 4″ voice coil. This makes it capable of optimized power handling, reduced distortion, and improved power compression. This sub also incorporates a high power (3200 W peak) amplifier design that uses the latest Class D design, providing enhanced headroom and accuracy.

Also included with the ACTION-S118A subwoofer system are 2 balanced inputs with stereo 100 Hz filtered output connections for Action satellite systems (sold separately). The high pass filter can be defeated to offer stereo “loop thru” connections. Other features include a variable low pass filter (ranging from 63 Hz to 100 Hz), gain control, and polarity reverse. The result is intuitive, streamlined user control over the system.

Enjoy additional user-friendliness with the sub’s signal present and limiter LEDs, which indicate system status at-a-glance. A level control knob helps you get the sound just right. This sub’s top panel includes a pole mount socket, so you can use it with 35 mm metal posts for mounting full-range DAS systems above the ACTION-S118A unit.
