The single-universe architecture keeps the signal path simple and predictable, while broad protocol support across Sub-GHz, 2.4 GHz WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.2 BLE gives system designers flexibility to match the RF environment rather than work around it.
Unlike basic wireless DMX adapters that rely on a single radio band, the X2 IPH runs proprietary 802.15.4 and Aria X2 Mesh protocols alongside standard Bluetooth, with CSMA interference mitigation and OTA firmware updates that protect the investment as the protocol landscape evolves. Two N-Male antenna ports accept both 2.5 dBi and 5 dBi antennas, allowing range optimization for the specific venue. Configuration is handled through the Aria X2 mobile app or the onboard digital screen and rotary knob, which means setup does not require a laptop on the floor.
The IP67-rated aluminum and metal enclosure withstands dust ingress and temporary immersion, making this unit deployable in truss, on the deck, or in exposed outdoor positions where plastic-bodied alternatives fall short. The M12 thread enables direct clamp mounting, the Kensington slot satisfies security requirements for unattended installs, and worldwide AC voltage compatibility removes barriers for international touring and permanent installs alike.
