The Electro-Voice EVH 15 is a portable passive point source loudspeaker designed for demanding short- to medium-throw sound reinforcement and installed audio work. As part of the second-generation EVH family, it was reworked with new in-house transducers, a low-loss crossover network, and updated system tuning support to improve overall performance across a wide range of professional environments. It is positioned for projects that need strong output, controlled coverage, and flexible deployment options without moving to an amplified enclosure.

EV developed the EVH G2 platform for applications including performing arts spaces, houses of worship, mid-sized stadiums, and high-SPL music venues. The EVH 15 is available across multiple coverage pattern versions, along with black or white finishes and indoor or outdoor configurations. Outdoor and fully weatherized variants are rated IP55 per IEC 60529 under the stated installation conditions, and fully weatherized models are intended for direct environmental exposure, including marine settings. Practical installation details include removable Euroblock connections, a built-in NL4 connection, suspension support via U-brackets, eyebolts, and rigging kits, plus rear Omni-mount points for compatible accessories.
