The receiver delivers audio across a 60Hz–17kHz response with total harmonic distortion under 0.5%, which translates to a clean, detailed monitoring signal whether the performer is tracking in a live room or standing in front of a full-band stage mix. A 1/8" output accommodates standard IEM earphones, and the onboard LCD with RF LED gives performers at-a-glance signal confirmation without interrupting a set.
Running on two AA alkaline or rechargeable batteries for approximately 8 hours per charge cycle, the AS-4000R suits full-evening performances without battery swaps.
