Mix position and monitor placement determine what you hear, and a stand that shifts or resonates undermines both. The Rok-It pair is aimed at project studio owners, mixing and mastering engineers, producers, and post-production rooms that need monitors held at a consistent, repeatable position.
Compared with desktop pads or lightweight tripod stands, a floor-standing steel design gives each monitor its own mounting point apart from the console or desk. That separation is useful when you are judging low end and stereo imaging. The platform is sized to suit a wide range of studio monitors, so a future monitor upgrade does not have to mean replacing the stands. Because the pair sits on the floor, it also fits control rooms, edit suites, and rehearsal spaces where layouts change and speaker positioning needs to be revisited quickly.
For integrators and facility managers specifying monitoring furniture, these stands are a dependable choice for rooms with mixed flooring, from carpeted tracking rooms to hard-floored mix rooms, without requiring separate hardware to stay level.
