The Gravity GR-GLS431W is built for lighting engineers and production crews who need a stable, load-rated stand for heavy fixtures in live event, touring, and installed environments. The large square steel base distributes weight evenly across the floor, making it a reliable choice on stages and in temporary venues where tripod-style stands introduce tripping hazards or lack the footprint needed for heavier fixtures.
Three M20 female threads positioned off-center on the base allow ballast weights to be mounted asymmetrically, compensating for fixtures with an uneven center of gravity. This excentric mounting capability sets the GR-GLS431W apart from standard lighting stands that offer no weight-balancing option. The 35mm extension column accepts a female M10 threaded insert, maintaining compatibility with common fixture mounting hardware. Two integrated base handles reduce the effort required to move the stand between positions during load-in and changeovers.
With a height adjustment range extending to 2,420mm and a maximum load rating of 20kg, this stand covers a broad range of moving head, wash, and static fixture applications.
