The Hollyland Cosmo C2 provides a two-transmitter, one-receiver architecture designed for multi-camera livestreaming and broadcast environments. HEVO 2.0 technology delivers automatic frequency hopping across the 5.15–5.85 GHz band, maintaining consistent 33ms latency across the full 1,000-meter line-of-sight range. This configuration eliminates redundant receiver units while synchronizing video feeds from two camera positions to a single monitoring or streaming destination.

The receiver integrates NDI protocol support for network-based video distribution and UVC streaming for direct computer connection without capture cards. Frame rate compensation converts 24p, 25p, or 30p inputs to 60p output, while dual HDMI and dual SDI outputs enable simultaneous routing to monitors, switchers, and recording devices. HDMI 1.4b and 3G-SDI inputs accept signals up to 1080p60, with SDI loop-out maintaining camera viewfinder monitoring during transmission.

V-mount and NP-F battery plates provide field power options alongside DC input, supporting mobile production and installed broadcast applications. Frozen frame behavior during signal interruption prevents logo display on program feeds, with customizable frame upload via USB storage. Ethernet connectivity on the receiver enables network integration for remote control and status monitoring in control room installations.
