The ikan international VXF7-HB is built for camera operators, DPs, and on-set directors who need accurate, high-brightness monitoring in challenging light conditions. The 2000-nit IPS panel delivers a full HD 1920x1200 image that stays legible in bright outdoor environments where conventional monitors wash out. With 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles, the image holds up for multiple eyes on set without repositioning the monitor.
For switched multi-camera productions, the integrated tally connector and three-color LED indicators on both the front and rear chassis make this monitor a practical choice at the camera position. Power reliability is addressed through a locking DC input, eliminating connection loss during a fast-moving shoot. The aluminum enclosure replaces the plastic found on lower-cost alternatives and supports all four 1/4-20 mounting threads with anti-rotation pin compatibility, including ARRI locating pins, for secure rigging on any rig or support system.
Broadcast and cinema tools built into the monitor include waveform, false color, peaking, zebra, histogram, pixel-to-pixel mapping, zoom, clip guides, and audiometer. Real-time anamorphic de-squeeze at 1.33x supports cinema lens workflows without additional hardware. L-Series battery compatibility and a D-Tap cable in the box give production teams flexible power options for cordless handheld or gimbal use.
